Our team set out on this fascinating adventure in the Field of regenerative medicine as a result of the copious cause-effect evidence established in clinical practice with respect to the application of Endoret (PRGF) in the repair-regeneration of damaged tissues. Regenerative medicine is an alternative, a complement to the paradigm change to which we are bearing witness in the field of medicine and more specifically in surgery, where it is not enough to simply replace a biological structure with another of a heterologous or artificial origin, but rather making use in the operating theatre of a biological tissue engineering.
