Apprehension of neuro-physiological and bio-mechanical effect mechanisms of physical therapy applications are emphasised in particular. Spasticity is a common problem among patients with multiple sclerosis, thereby the physical therapist has the role of clinical problem solver. Theoretical knowledge and the exemplifying case analysis provided in the book targets at improving the problem solving knowledge and ability of the reader.
