Scherer, PHD, MPH, CRC is the President and Director of The Institute for Matching Person and Technology, NY; Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Rochester, and part-time Professor of Pediatrics at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
