Craig Ross, PhD - Indiana University, Indiana
Dr. Craig M. Ross is an Associate Professor in the recreational sports management
curriculum through the Department of Recreation and Park Administration at Indiana
University. He has served on or chaired over 40 professional search and screen
committees involving the hiring process of recreation and leisure services professionals.
He has previously worked in municipal parks and recreation and served as an
Associate Director of Intramural Sports at Indiana University for over 15 years.
Brent Beggs, PhD - Illinois State University, Illinois
Dr. Brent A. Beggs currently teaches at the School of Kinesiology and Recreation
at Illinois State University, where he has supervised student internships and
taught students about the job search process. As a recreation professional,
he has presented numerous times at state and regional conferences on resume
development, the job search process, and marketing yourself for your first job
in recreation.
Sarah J. Young, PhD - Indiana University, Indiana
Dr. Sarah J. Young, CRSS, CPRP, is an Associate Professor with the Department
of Recreation and Park Administration at Indiana University. She is an active
member of the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association and the National
Recreation and Park Association. Her areas of expertise include sport management/administration,
legal issues, and safety/risk management as it relates to recreation, sports,
and leisure services.
