About the Author
Derek M. Steinbacher, MD, DMD (New Haven, CT) graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 200 He completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA), specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and in Craniofacial Surgery at Children's Hospital ing in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Yale University.
