Author Biography
· Walter Kemp MD. Teaches pathology
to medical and health professional students at University of Texas Southwestern.
Dr Kemp is the course director for medical pathology and directs a review course
for medical students preparing for the boards every summer. Dr. Kemp is the
recipient of numerous teaching awards, including outstanding teacher award,
2004 and 2005 by the medical students and a special recognition award for his
review courses and an excellence in teaching award by the office of medical
education.
Dennis Burns, MD. Is a board certified Pathologist a full professor in the
Department of Pathology at UT Southwestern. Dr. Burns not only runs the pathology
Laboratory for sophomore medical students but Direct s the Medical Neuroscience
course and lectures in the Microbiology course. Dr. Burns is also the recipient
of many teaching awards dating back to 1983, and almost every year since.
