Eric Shamus, DPT, PhD, CSCS has taught national and international continuing education courses on Orthopeadics, Sports Medicine, and Manual Therapy, with a focus on documentation and reimbursement. He is presently a professor at Florida Gulf Coast University and works at an outpatient orthopedic facility in Fort Lauderdale.
Eric Shamus, PT, PhD, DPT, is a professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Martha Bloyer PT, DPT, is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Miami.
Tricia Catalino, PT, DSc, is dean of Graduate College of Health Sciences and director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Hawaìi Pacific University.
Cindy Miles, PT, PhD, PCS, CNDT, (deceased) served as President and Treasurer of the Academy of Pediatrics for the APTA and owner of Cindy Miles and Associates Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in Pennsylvania.
