A broad review of headache pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment, this book is divded into four parts. Part 1 covers head pain physiology and anatomy, headache epidemiology, and current concepts regarding headache pathophysiology. Part 2 is devoted to diagnosis of the primary headache disorders. Part 3 covers the diagnosis of secondary headaches. Part 4 is concerned with treatment of primary headaches including special considerations such as paediatric treatment, surgical treatment and inpatient treatment.
